This year's PNE Prize Home is a jaw dropping, 3,188-square-foot modern mountainside masterpiece, that will be relocated to Sunstone's neighbourhood development in picturesque Pemberton – just 25 minutes from Whistler.

Defined as a Net Zero Ready home, this year's three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom chalet style home is one of a select few that holds the distinction of being able to produce as much energy as it consumes.

This prize home – which could be yours – is an entertainer's dream retreat. It features an open plan dining/living room, a luxurious kitchen with top grade JennAir and Whirlpool appliances from Coast Appliances, and stylish indoor furniture from Yaletown Interiors.

New to the Prize Home this year, is a games room and bar, plus a sports room for storing all your outdoor gear. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom complete with a soaker tub.
